Fan Hup is a famous phrase in Hong Kong, it translates over to a simple takeaway rice box.
The box is filled with tender Cantonese roasted meat, named Siu Mei 燒味 and rice or select our side dishes such as curried fish balls, dimsum and Won Ton dumplings.
A takeaway meal ready to eat there and then, on the go. That is why our kitchen and business has the same name, it does what it says on the tin - we are bringing Fan Hup to Docklands.
